Probitas Shipwreck Dive
Explore history. Dive deeper. A WWII-era cargo ship that has become one of the most spectacular dive sites on the Albanian coast.
A Piece of WWII History on the Seabed
The Probitas is a cargo ship resting near Sarandë on the southern Albanian coast. After decades on the seabed, it has been completely claimed by the sea. The hull is covered in marine growth, the corridors have become passageways for fish, and the massive propeller has developed into a focal point for an entire ecosystem. This is one of the most rewarding wreck dives in Albania.
